Our founder Mich brings a global perspective and a wealth of experience in assisting high net worth individuals with investments worldwide. Down to earth, friendly and genuinely caring about her clients, Mich is a powerhouse in the world of property investing and start up businesses.

Mich studied Computer Science with Management at university as well as doing a Masters in Information Security (one of the first people in the UK to do so - when cybersecurity was just emerging.) Her interest in architecture, hospitality and property has always been inherent, add to that an eclectic life journey living in New York, Boston, Knightsbridge, South Kensington, the Seychelles, Southeast Asia and the South of France. As a result, Mich’s standards and instincts are world class which is crucial when seeking properties for and representing her clients as well as managing their property businesses.

Mich's career journey began in the Marketing and PR industry as an analyst many moons ago. She was so focused and driven that she was invited to become CEO of a think tank offering strategic advice to Fortune 100 companies just two years after graduating. However, with her first son being born, in the South Lakes, she decided not to let motherhood hold her back and went on to become a successful start up entrepreneur on her own terms.

Her diverse portfolio included the establishment of luxury property concierge services in exclusive 5-star locations and yachts, structuring tax solutions for HNWIs, strategic business consulting as well as fashion and commercial enterprises. Mich was also a digital nomad in Southeast Asia for some time before she returned to the UK.

In 2020, Mich made the bold decision to relocate to the beautiful North, with her family where she embarked on a new adventure by launching a thriving holiday rental business in Cumbria. It wasn’t the first time Cumbria had called to her, as she used to live in the South Lakes and worked in the wild and magical landscape of the North Pennines AONB in Northumberland over twenty years ago. Fast forward to today, Mich leverages her proven expertise to guide and support fellow investors in making smart decisions.

A globetrotter by nature, Mich's travels have not only broadened her horizons but given her an edge and an eye for opportunity. A knack of finding gems in disguise is especially her forte. Her analyst past affords her the ability to strategically spot sound business decisionsMich is also a property investor herself as well as a holiday cottage business owner. This skill proves invaluable as she collaborates with clients from both the UK and around the world, assisting them in finding the perfect investment opportunities in the property market.

On top of what she does, Mich also believes in giving back to the community by teaching Computer Science, Media, Maths and Physics to secondary students part time. She is an inspirational teacher who loves to educate her students about business, especially powered by technology. And of course, her students get property investing advice for free!
